WALBO RAILWAY is a supplier of all types of railway axles (driving, driven, locomotive or tramway) with guaranteed high quality and short delivery time, based on own drawings or on customer documentation.

We use only proven and long-time manufacturers of forgings, who have certificates of Czech Railways or Deutsche Bahn. We supply axles in any number produced from standard materials according to EN 13261, UNI or AAR standards. We guarantee the highest quality by the established quality management system as well as by successfully completed customer audit of Czech Railways and ŽSSK.

tram, wagon, for driving units (EMU, DMU), locomotive

two-seats, multi-seats (with seats for brake discs and gearboxes), flanged, threaded, toothed, cold rolled

Dimensions:
axle length from 1400 to 2600 mm, seat width from 100 mm to 280 mm

EA1N, EA4T, OS L, 11558, 15230, AISI 5150, 30NiCrMoV12, 34CrNiMo6, 34CrNiMo16, and others according to the customer\'s request

Preservation:
Oil (Safe Coat), Wax (Tectyl), Primer or Multilayer Coating (Spraying)

on pallets wrapped in foam foil type Mirelon and in laminated packaging Lamiflex or similar
